Our software products (excluding Tech Zone) include 30 days of installation support by e-mail and free updates for the major product version that you licensed. For instance if you purchased a commercial license for the Data Digester Enterprise Edition 2.17.4 then you can update your software with the future releases of the Data Digester Enterprise Edition 2.17.x series for free (e.g. version 2.17.5, 2.17.6 and so on).
