Solution
Internal problem of the application. Update or upgrade to the latest software version first. Please try to install and activate a different localization e.g. English (default) and restart the application.

Description
WARNING: This log message shows up if the specified configuration directory cannot be used. The requested configuration directory is printed along with this message.
Solution
The configuration directory can be specified as command line argument. If the requested directory cannot be used due to wrong permissions etc. then this message is logged. The application will then use the default configuration directory in the user's home. Please check out the command line arguments passed to the application and adjust the configuration directory to an appropriate value.

Description
WARNING: This message is displayed if a valid license key could not be found.
Solution
No valid product license key could be found. Open the register tab of the status dialog to register at least using an evaluation license. Without license the application cannot be used and will exit if the dialog is closed.

Description
SEVERE: Logged if the GUI hang state has been detected for a certain period of time. The time period is printed along with the message.
Solution
Internal problem of the application. Update or upgrade to the latest software version first. Normally, the application tries to cancel the executed code responsible for this message. While this will be successful in most situations it may be possible that the application does not react any longer. Please wait some minutes and see if the application re-enters a proper state again. If the application still hangs, then try to terminate the application process e.g. with the Windows Task Manager application (press Control+Shift+Escape) and restart the application. Hanging applications are often caused by broken network connections or file system problems.

DIGEST-0022: Application has not been terminated properly
Description
WARNING: Logged if the application has not been properly terminated the last time.
Solution
If the application is terminated using the Windows Task Manager application then the final log message is missing. This condition is detected the next time that the application is being started. If configured, the user may then send a status report containing the previous log file to the Leisenfels support team (optional).
